Mar. 24, 2026

Daniel Prescod, PMP

Daniel Prescod is the Director of Patient Access at HopeHealth, Inc., where he leads system-wide efforts to enhance patient experience, access, and operational performance across multiple care sites. With more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare, banking, retail, and operations, he brings a diverse and practical perspective to organizational leadership and service delivery.

Daniel is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of Arizona Global Campus, where his research focuses on mentorship and leadership development within healthcare administration. His work centers on strengthening leadership pipelines and addressing gaps in structured mentorship for administrative professionals.

In addition to his civilian leadership experience, Daniel brings 12 years of military training in logistics and aircraft maintenance, where he developed a foundation in discipline, accountability, and team-based execution. He is passionate about developing future leaders, improving access to care, and building systems that support both employee growth and patient outcomes.

Goals

As Director of Mentoring, Daniel is committed to building a sustainable, member-centered mentorship program that leverages prior chapter efforts while introducing structure, consistency, and measurable impact. His goals for the role include:

Build Upon Prior Mentorship Initiatives
Assess and incorporate insights from previous chapter mentorship efforts to identify what worked, address gaps, and establish a stronger, more sustainable foundation rather than restarting the program from scratch.

Design a Structured, Scalable Program for Members
Develop a formal mentorship framework for chapter members that includes clear expectations, guided engagement touchpoints, and defined timelines to support both mentors and mentees in meaningful professional development.

Enhance Member Engagement and Leadership Development
Foster a mentorship culture that strengthens connections across the chapter, supports career progression, and creates intentional pathways for members to grow into future leadership roles within the organization.
