August Monthly Meeting (Lunch)
August 20, 2020
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Venue
Zoom Virtual Meeting
Join us virtually on Thursday, August 20 to hear Dr. Steve Mauldin talk about Customer Experience for Product and Project Managers!
Customer Experience for Product and Project Managers
Most often, a customer experiences a business, product, or service in the following interactions:
- Discovery
- Evaluation
- Purchase
- Use
- Support
- Leave
- Re-engage
Viewing a product or a project from a customer experience perspective helps product and project managers:
- Uncover needs, issues, and opportunities
- Decide upon strategy, tactics, and need-to-scale
- Evaluate current business costs
- Create a shared frame of reference for employees, suppliers, vendors, partners, and communities
- Improve learning, training, and documentation requirements
It also helps us answer a very important question. Where should my focus/time/energy/money be spent today? That answer is most likely different from the one we would have given a year ago due to the ongoing worldwide health and economic crisis. Our customer's answer will be different as well. Our August Chapter virtual meeting will focus on our product/project’s internal and external customers and how to improv their experience.
