We'll discuss two powerful cause-and-effect relationship tools: a Fishbone Diagram and the 5 Whys. Be ready to perform a hands-on exercise!

 

Speaker Bio:

Jackie Huffman has worked at Blackbaud for eleven years in many departments including Product Development, Finance, and now in Business Operations as an Operational Excellence Engineer. She works with many departments at Blackbaud to improve operational processes that increase productivity, reduce costs, reduce time on task, and eliminate waste in internal processes. She teaches Blackbaud’s Quality Course on Lean and Root Cause Analysis. Jackie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Education and Master of Business Administration Degree. She is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
