Mike Dovey is a Deputy Director for Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) at the Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC formerly SPAWAR).  He has a front row seat to one of the largest Information Technology projects undertaken by the Department of Defense - the Desktop-to-Datacenter (D2D) also known as the Medical Community of Interest (MedCOI). The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is the agency tasked with the migration of all the services military medicine into a single domain while simultaneously adopting the new $5.5 billion dollar Electronic Health Record. Mike will give some insight into this project from a cybersecurity perspective.

Mike's certifications include the PMP (and he's been a member of PMI Charleston for 10 years), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), GIAC Incident Handler (GCIH).
