Join us on Thursday, March 21 to hear Tim Cuzmar and Victoria Latham speak about the Turkey Run Project.

The Charleston Gobble Wobble Turkey Day Run (AKA Turkey Day Run) is the biggest 5K race in town with the capacity of 85K runners. Do you know what it takes to organize a race this big and coordinate all the resources? Well the simple truth is a LOT. There are a lot of moving parts that are behind the scenes and applying PM methodology (as well as Lean 6 sigma) is one way of tackling these obstacles. Join Tim Cuzmar in March to hear all about these processes!

About Tim Cuzmar

Mr. Cuzmar, PMP, PSM, CSSGB, ITIL, has over 13 years working on projects that range from federal, State, and Commercial, with the majority of them working for IBM, Global Business Services. During this time, he's wore various hats working in Quality Assurance and Control, PMO, Process re-engineering, organizational change, project management, etc...He is also part of the Knights of Columbus and has been appointed Director of the Turkey Day Run.

About Victoria Latham

Victoria is originally from Montgomery, Alabama and moved to Charleston in 2014, where she swiftly entered the technology sector. She has channeled her passion for improving efficiency by implementing processes and operating systems focused on enhance communication between employees, departments, and executive teams in various companies. As the Project Manager at The Design Group, she fosters a sense of teamwork and collaboration within the workplace. In her spare time, Victoria also works closely with the South Carolina Chapter of the ALS Association organizing events and raising money for ALS research.
